With our mobile banking solution, you can securely access your deposit and loan accounts , view your balances and history and initiate routine financial transactions including funds transfers and bill payments anytime, anywhere.
You can access your banking information three different ways: SMS(text messaging), WAP(mobile browser) or APP.
With SMS you can check account balances and view recent account history.
With WAP you can check account balances, view account history, transfer funds between your Tri Parish Bank accounts and send payments to your existing Bill Pay Payees.
To enroll in Mobile Banking through SMS, login to your online banking and go to the options tab.
On the Options tab, click the Mobile Settings tab then click the Text Mobile Settings tab. You will see a screen similar to the one below.
Enter your mobile phone number, select mobile provider, select accounts to access via text, and create Mobile Short Name for each selected account. Click Submit.
Mobile Short Name is the name included in the text to request information for a specific account.
Review enrollment information. Check “I accept these full terms and conditions” and click Confirm.
Confirmation screen provides instructions to complete the enrollment process.
** Text Yes to the text message sent to your mobile device.
To enroll in Mobile Banking through WAP browser or APP, login to your online banking and go to the options tab.
On the Options tab, click the Mobile Settings tab and then click on the Web Mobile Settings tab. You will see a screen similar to the one below.
Select to enable web access, select to receive/not receive text message alerts, enter mobile phone number, select provider, select accounts to access via web. Click Submit.
*Note: If No is selected for Receive Text Message Alerts, a text message for confirmation of enrollment, transfers, or bill payments will not be sent.
**Note: At initial enrollment, the first account will already be checked.
Review enrollment information. Check “I accept these full terms and conditions”. Click Confirm.
A confirmation screen displays confirming enrollment. If text alerts have been chosen in the previous step, you will receive a confirmation text message that includes the URL to access Mobile Web.
